These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Vendor," "Customer," or "you") and APPLIED SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS LTD, a company duly incorporated in Nigeria ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of The Vendors App, including the website, software platform, mobile applications, APIs, storefront hosting services, payment integrations, analytics systems, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
